How can I help?
We start every connection with an offer to help. We believe everyone needs access to knowledge, resources, and expertise. Our work starts from the perspective of offering a helping hand to those doing the best work in the world. We design tools and processes that provide unparalleled support for our members. This requires working together with all our stakeholders, internally and externally.
Learning never stops
We believe it's crucial to keep seeking knowledge. Through learning, we can all amplify our impact. We strive to build a rich collection of resources for mission-driven leaders so they can do their best work. Our team is also learning every day. As a startup tackling an underserved sector, we design, test, critique, and discover new approaches to professional development.
Never accept the first draft
We believe in holding ourselves to the highest standard possible so we can deliver the best resources to our members. Our community of nonprofits and social enterprises are building a better tomorrow and they deserve a better experience. That means constantly critiquing our work and never settling for good-enough.
Do what you say
We always strive to back up our words with actions and deliver on our promises. We acknowledge when there are challenges and strive to address them head-on. Building a startup requires us all to be accountable for our work and contribute wherever possible. We embrace collaboration and leverage our collective strengths to build the best company possible.
